レンジで簡単!塩麹の蒸し鶏【Easy to cook with microwave oven Steaming chicken 】

≪材料≫小坂農園の塩麹(大さじ1と2/1)、鶏むね肉/ブロック(230g)、レタス(適量)、トマト(適量)

≪Ingredient≫ Shiokoji 1 1/2tablespoon、Chicken breast 230g、Lettuce proper quantity、Tomato proper quantity

  1. Put chicken breast which remove skin and Shiokoji in freezer bag and mix them. Keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  2. Take the chicken breast out from refrigerator and put it into a bowl. Wrap it and heat at 600W with microwave oven for 3minutes.
  3. Slice the tomato thin.
  4. Dish up tomato to bowl side by side and put lettuce aside.
  5. Slice the chicken breast and serve it to bowl.

キャベツと塩麹の炒めもの【Fry Cabbage and Shiokoji】

≪材料≫小坂農園の塩麹、豚肉、キャベツ、にんじん、お好みの野菜、炒め油

≪Ingredient≫Shiokoji、Cabbage、Carrot、Pork、Your favorite vegetables

  1. Cut the cabbage and carrot roughly.
  2. Put oil into flying pan and fry it.
  3. Add Shiokoji little by little.
  4. Fry it quickly so that Shiokoji does not burn.Taste it in your favorite taste.
  5. Serve it to bowl and it is completed.

鶏の照り焼き【Teriyaki chicken】

≪材料≫小坂農園の醤油麹(大さじ1と1/2)、鶏もも肉1枚(300g~350g)、みりん(大さじ1と1/2)、酒(大さじ1と1/2)

≪Ingredient≫Soy sauce koji 1 1/2 tablespoon、Chicken thigh 300-350g、Sweet rice wine (mirin) 1 1/2 tablespoon、 Sake 1 1/2 tablespoon

  1. Prick the skin of the chicken thigh with a fork.
  2. Fry it over medium heat in a frying pan.Reverse it and fry it more.
  3. Add the liquid seasoning from circumference of the chicken.
  4. Turn heat lower. Boil it down while pouring broth over the chicken.
  5. If there becomes little broth, it is completed.

焼きなす【Grilled eggplant】

≪材料≫小坂農園の醤油麹、なす、ごま油、かつお節

≪Ingredient≫Soy sauce koji、Eggplant (US,米国英語) Aubergine (UK,英国英語)、Sesame oil、Dried bonito

  1. Grill eggplant in your favorite way.
  2. Mix Soy sauce koji and sesame oil same amount.
  3. If it is grilled, peel eggplant and cut it to the size that it is easy to eat.
  4. Serve it to bowl and pour liquid seasoning 2. over it.
  5. Scattering dried bonito and it is completed.
